Ho usato il mio pignone con i fogli forniti con il dispositivo. Ho comprato 100 fogli hp per pignoni nuovi e quando apro la confezione sono tutti blu, e ovviamente lo sono anche le foto. Orribile! Vorrei nuovi fogli e una spiegazione del perché è successo!

The most likely cause would be storage of the sheets outside of its specified environmental spec’s. Did you buy the sheets from HP or an authorized dealer? I would suggest contacting your supplier for a replacement.
