Bonjour, j'avais une imprimante à pignon pour Noël l'année dernière, je l'ai peut-être utilisée une demi-douzaine de fois, la dernière fois en mars, je suis allé l'utiliser hier et je l'ai mise en charge, le voyant rouge s'allume pendant environ 10 minutes, puis plus rien, je ne peux pas l'obtenir allumer,

Try charging the sprocket in a different wall outlet.
Try using a different cable.
If the printer does not turn on when you press the Power button, reset the printer with a straight pin to clear any errors.
Turn on the printer.
Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
