Au 1er, mon pignon ne contactait pas mon téléphone, alors je l'ai réinitialisé et maintenant il ne s'allume plus du tout !
lorsque je le branche, un voyant rouge fixe s'allume pendant environ 10 secondes, puis s'éteint, mais c'est tout ce qu'il fait.
Que puis-je faire?

Hi, thank youit has been on charge all night and still won’t turn on so it can’t connect to the sprocket app!!! before it wouldn’t turn on the only thing I did was reset it because we couldn’t get it to connect to the app at all, the the whole thing won’t do anything???? please help as this is my daughters and is upset 😢 thanks, Leanne

Don’t worry as I’ll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
The Sprocket might have turned off or the battery might need to be charged. Use the HP sprocket app to check the battery status, and then adjust the Auto Off setting. Press and hold the Power button to turn on the Sprocket, and then open the HP sprocket app. Tap the Menu icon, and then tap sprocket.
Step 1: Turn on the Sprocket and check battery status

Step 3: Confirm mobile device settings
Step 4: Reset your mobile device and Sprocket
Step 5: Upgrade the Sprocket firmware
