Très mauvaise qualité d'impression

Mon sprocket imprime des photos de très mauvaise qualité. Ils sont flous et décolorés. J'ai suivi toutes les étapes pour essayer de le réparer comme la mise à jour du firmware et l'utilisation de vrai papier de zinc mais la qualité est toujours très mauvaise.
