Impossible de mettre à jour et problème de batterie

J'ai l'imprimante Sprocket que j'ai depuis 2 ans. Tout d'abord, il ne charge pas, mais il est à 100 % lorsqu'il est branché. J'ai suivi les étapes pour mettre à jour le micrologiciel, mais il ne le fait pas. Des suggestions autres que de répéter les étapes que j'ai faites? Merci.

Reset the printer
Turn on the printer.
Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
Try updating the firmware now.
