Impossible de connecter HP Sprocket 200 à l'iPhone ou au Pad

J'ai acheté un HP Sprocket pour l'anniversaire de ma fille mercredi. Nous avons réussi à télécharger l'application Sprocket, mais nous ne parvenons pas à connecter l'imprimante à un iPad ou à mon iPhone. Nous recevons le message constant lorsque nous essayons de coupler l'imprimante de Recherche d'imprimante - nous avons cherché et cherché mais nous ne trouvons pas de Sprocket. J'ai supprimé l'application et réinstallé plusieurs fois. Nous avons réinitialisé l'imprimante mais encore une fois pas de joie. Ma fille, comme vous pouvez l'imaginer, est très contrariée car c'était l'un de ses principaux cadeaux et nous ne pouvons toujours pas faire imprimer une copie.
