J'ai acheté trois pignons ! Mais toutes les impressions sont toujours très sombres, beaucoup plus sombres que la vraie photo. Que j'utilise un Iphone, un Samsung ou un Huawei, Android Oreo Toujours très sombre, trop sombre. Jamais le même que l'image originale. Terrible!

I have the same problem, the link for service says that HP doesn’t support the product (sprocket printer) anymore. I bought it a month ago! Pretty weird I think.
No, still no answer, and no “private” message from HP yet……. Some friends who have a Sprocket have the same problem! I have not spoken to anybody yet who has nice pictures! Very disappointing.
Hi, I have the same problem with my Sprocket and I was interested if your problem has solved. I have tried what the HP agent said but the photos are still darker and the print quality is not as good as some reviews.Thank you
