L'application HP Sprocket n'arrête pas de planter

Chaque fois que j'essaie d'imprimer une image à partir de mon HP Sprocket, l'application se bloque chaque fois que j'appuie sur l'image dans ma galerie.

Hello. I’m trying to print a couple pictures for a friend. And the app lets me get in, but when I try to click to print the app crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. But still crashes. Is there another way to fix this?

I’d like to help!
What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
Meanwhile, try and uninstall the app and renstall it and then try and print.
