Sproket 2 en 1 s'arrête à l'envoi de l'image

Mon sproket 2 en 1 ne peut pas imprimer d'image depuis mon téléphone... Bluetooth connecté, mais il continue de se charger lors de l'envoi d'image à imprimer... jamais

Let’s first try to update the printer firmware.
Make sure the printer is charged 50% or more.
Make sure the printer is on and your mobile device is connected to the Internet.
On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app.
Tap the Menu icon , and then tap sprocket.
Tap Printers, and then tap your printer in the list.
The printer information screen displays.
Look for a firmware upgrade.
If a firmware upgrade displays, tap Get Firmware Upgrade, and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.
If a firmware upgrade option does not display, the printer firmware is up-to-date.
If the issue still persists, go to this link and perform the steps mentioned.
