Sprocket n'imprimera pas et n'imprimera alors que des blancs

Ainsi, lorsque j'ai allumé mon imprimante pour la première fois après ne pas l'avoir utilisée pendant un mois, elle n'imprimait peut-être pas du tout, même si j'avais le bon papier et que je l'avais correctement inséré. Je l'ai réinitialisé et il a commencé à imprimer mais il n'imprimera que des blancs. J'ai vérifié qu'il était mis à jour et chargé et je l'ai déjà réinitialisé une fois, donc je ne sais pas quel pourrait être le problème.

    Which version of iOS are you using?
    Try updating the software on your iOS device.
     
    Have you tried printing different photos and check if the issue persists?
     
    Have you tried a factory reset on the sprocket?
    To factory reset the printer you need to hold the power button down for 7 seconds until LED flashes and then press the power button once to power off the device and then turn it back on.
     
    If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document.
