Le pignon ne se connecte pas

J'ai reçu un pignon 200 en cadeau. J'ai suivi les instructions et ça ne se connecte tout simplement pas. Mon téléphone ne peut pas le voir. J'ai lu qu'il pourrait être connecté à quelque chose d'autre qui a blu

  • I read about the sprocket connecting to another Blue Tooth signal. I brought it into another room and plugged it into my computer to charge it. I was able to see the HP app on my computer. And then when I tried to connect to my phone, it worked. Don’t know if it was because I changed rooms or if its because I connected it to my computer. Either way it worked.

    Does your Phone detect other Bluetooth devices or do other Phones detect the Sprocket?
     
    Ensure your iOS has all the latest updates
