Sprocket ne charge pas ou ne s'allume pas

J'ai des problèmes avec mon pignon hp. Je l'ai récemment acheté il y a environ 2 jours et maintenant, chaque fois que j'essaie de le charger, le voyant de charge est rouge fixe, puis le voyant s'éteint. J'ai essayé de le réinitialiser et de l'allumer et ça ne marche pas. S'il vous plaît aider.

my sprocket 2-in-1 will not turn on and it doesn’t light up when charging. it won’t turn on how many times i try. please help i love this thing !

I did plug it in for it to charge but the red light would only stay on for about 10 minutes and then it goes off and I can’t print anything.

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeDid you try to plug the sprocket for charging: Does it light then? Can you try to make it print when charging? Could possibly indicate something about the issue.
