Sprocket n'accepte pas l'imprimante que j'avais précédemment utilisée

Je n'avais pas utilisé mon cadeau de Noël depuis lors avec beaucoup de travail après les vacances et maintenant le virus... je veux imprimer des photos mais il indique maintenant une erreur avec l'imprimante.

    Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to use the sprocket to print. I’d be happy to assist you.

    Which device are you trying to print from?
    Which model sprocket are you using?

    Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
