Hello, and welcome to the forum! I have a Sprocket Plus myself, and found it to be a great little product. I have the same experience, and I solved it by pointing at the item in the queue and swipe it to the right. For a short moment, when you are swiping, the item will be read, and a garbage box will be visible, and your item is gone.Hope this will be useful for you as well.Good luck!I’m not an HP employee
