Multiples d'impression de pignon

Après avoir sélectionné la photo à imprimer sur l'application HP Sprocket, j'appuie sur le bouton d'impression, mais au lieu d'imprimer la photo que j'ai dit d'imprimer, elle imprime 2 copies de la même photo. Je ne sais pas pourquoi il fait ça, mais je n'appuie qu'une seule fois sur le bouton d'impression. Toute aide ou suggestion serait grandement appréciée!

flower_Bud,Resetting it completely fixed my problem! I had just got the printer when it started printing duplicate photos so I was very concerned that there might be something wrong with the one I had bought. Thank you so much it’s working perfectly now!

No worries, as I’ll be glad to help you, that said, I’ll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: When was the last time it was working fine? Were there any recent changes made? To resolve this issue, please perform reset on your printer:
Turn on the printer.
Locate the reset button near the charging port.Figure 1: Locating the reset button
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
Once completed, please try printing. Keep me posted.
