J'ai acheté un pignon hier et j'étais vraiment excité de commencer à imprimer, mais toutes mes photos sont sorties avec une teinte bleue. J'ai essayé de redémarrer, de repasser la feuille intelligente, de mettre à jour le micrologiciel et toutes les possibilités suggérées sur le support hp. Cependant, cela n'a pas résolu le problème! Je suis très déçu, est-ce à cause d'un mauvais lot de papier photo ? Comment puis-je résoudre ça

I have the same problem – all prints are blue. Have gone through all the steps(reset,firmware etc) which you advised in other topics, but still nothing – it all prints blue.

Hi my pictures on my new hp sprocket select are printing out with a blue tint and I’ve tried recalibration and doing all the steps the hp virtual agent told me too and the firmware is also updated. What do I do now?

I also have the same issue. I have updated firmware, re calibrated multiple times and reset with no luck – still getting blue tinged photos
