Sprocket plus imprime avec une ligne blanche épaisse à chaque fois

J'ai gaspillé près de 30 papiers photo/autocollants HP authentiques en essayant de résoudre ce problème.
mon pignon plus n'a même pas 24 ans et chaque impression a une ligne blanche épaisse sur la gauche, coupant une quantité importante de photos. C'est exaspérant. J'ai essayé toutes les évidences. Quelqu'un a-t-il eu les mêmes problèmes et a-t-il pu résoudre ce problème ?? Aide svp !!
