Le pignon ne fonctionne pas

Mon imprimante photo sprocket ne fonctionne pas bien car chaque fois que j'essaie d'imprimer quelque chose, le papier qui sort de l'imprimante reste vierge. J'ai tout essayé, j'ai tout uploadé, rien n'y fait ! Que dois-je faire ?

I’m sorry that you have an issue with your Sprocket printer. To fix this issue, try the steps below:
1: Upgrade the Sprocket firmware
2: Clean the Sprocket paper path rollers

If you have already tried all the steps in the suggested document, please contact our phone support regarding warranty and service options.
