Le pignon ne s'allume pas

J'ai acheté le pignon il y a 2 heures chez Best Buy. Quand je suis monté dans la voiture, je l'ai branché et un voyant rouge s'est allumé. Après environ 5 minutes, je testais les boutons et je l'ai éteint. Maintenant, à chaque fois que je le branche, rien ne se passe. Aucune lumière ne s'allume et il devient légèrement chaud lorsqu'il est branché. J'essaierais de le réinitialiser mais je ne peux pas l'allumer en premier lieu

Make sure the Charging cable is firmly plugged in.
Charge the Sprocket for 40mins and then try to Power it ON.
Try Resetting the Printer and check if it works
Remove the paper cover, insert a straight pin into the access point next to the input tray, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds. The Sprocket resets and turns off.
Turn on the Sprocket.
