Sprocket est connecté en Bluetooth mais l'application ne le localise pas

J'ai un Sprocket de première génération que nous n'avons pas utilisé depuis un moment. J'ai mis à jour l'application sur mon appareil iOS et cela me guide tout au long de la configuration. Je peux connecter l'imprimante à mon téléphone dans Paramètres> Bluetooth, mais dans l'application, elle ne localisera pas le Sprocket et affichera simplement le message "nous ne pouvons pas localiser un Sprocket à proximité". J'ai essayé toutes les possibilités, réinitialisé le téléphone, réinitialisé l'application, oublié l'appareil, puis réinitialisé le Sprocket et recommencé... rien ne fonctionne. Est-ce simplement trop vieux ? Ce genre de merde parce que nous avons commandé un tas de papier d'imprimante pour cela.

KrazyToadI Am An HP EmployeeWe have researched on this issue and the older Sprocket does not support multiple Bluetooth connections. If you have paired other devices to the sprocket, then it will not show up in the App.
On all your iOS devices go to Bluetooth settings and forget the printer. Next Reset the Sprocket once again. Reset the printer after it is forgotten from all devices.

I see that you have already reset your Phone and the Printer as well but the issue persists.
May I know the iOS version on your phone? Also provide me the complete Sprocket Model or the Product Number
