Sprocket app is slow and takes a while to print

Brand new sprocket. 

When I try to print,  the app freezes or does not send the photo to the printer. I've checked the printer and app queue and does not show.  


Minutes later (up to 10 mins)  the printer will then Start printing , but not all photos I've tried. 

I've reset the sprocket.  Reset my phone.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times.  

My phone is an oppo that works on the android 10 operating system

    What model sprocket are you using?
    Have you tried connecting the sprocket to a different mobile device to check if the issue persists?
    If you have already tried resetting the sprocket and updating/reinstalling the app and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
