Sprocket 200 n'apparaissant pas dans "Paramètres Bluetooth" sur iOS et Android

J ai exactement le même problème. J'ai tout essayé, mais le nouveau Sprocket ne s'enregistre pas en tant que périphérique Bluetooth. J'ai tout essayé. Ce produit est-il un raté et qu'est-ce que j'en fais ? C'est un canular coûteux.
