Smartsheet ne parvient pas à imprimer

Je veux utiliser le Sprocket pour la première fois, mais lorsque je veux imprimer une photo, la smartsheet ne s'imprime pas et le Sprocket dit qu'il n'y a plus de papier. Donc mon Sprocket fait des photos moches maintenant

    I understand that you are having printing issues with your new HP Sprocket. I will certainly do my best to find you a solution!
     
    Let’s first try to update the printer firmware.

    Make sure the printer is charged 50% or more.

    Make sure the printer is on and your mobile device is connected to the Internet.

    On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app.

    Tap the Menu icon , and then tap sprocket.

    Tap Printers, and then tap your printer in the list.
    The printer information screen displays.

    Look for a firmware upgrade.

    If a firmware upgrade displays, tap Get Firmware Upgrade, and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.

    If a firmware upgrade option does not display, the printer firmware is up-to-date.

    If the issue still persists, go to this link and perform the steps mentioned.
