Pour éliminer un bourrage papier, commencez par effacer le message d'erreur sur l'application HP Sprocket et éteignez votre imprimante. Retirez le papier restant du Sprocket et retirez délicatement le papier coincé. Une fois le bourrage éliminé, rechargez votre imprimante avec du papier et fermez votre Sprocket. Rallumez votre Sprocket et continuez l'impression.

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue, I’d suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
