Il me reste 7 mois sur ma garantie constructeur. Pourriez-vous, s'il vous plaît, m'indiquer comment je dois retourner mon imprimante photo HP Sprocket à HP au Royaume-Uni pour un remplacement ?
La qualité des impressions est maintenant inacceptable et le produit ne convient pas, malgré les étapes suivantes décrites sur les forums aux autres utilisateurs pour résoudre le même problème. Apparemment je ne suis pas seul.
J'ai même acheté plusieurs nouveaux paquets de papier et les ai essayés aussi
Il semble que la magie à l'intérieur ait disparu après seulement env. 40 tirages et 5 mois.
