Lumière rouge/verte clignotante sur le pignon

Quand j'ai branché mon Spocket ce soir, tout ce qu'il fera, c'est des lumières rouges et vertes clignotantes. J'ai cherché et essayé toutes les suggestions sur ce forum. Rien n'a fonctionné. J'ai réinitialisé avec une épingle, maintenu le bouton d'alimentation enfoncé, essayé de me connecter à mon ordinateur, vérifié les bourrages, supprimé et retéléchargé l'application, vérifié les mises à jour. Rien ne fonctionnera. S'il vous plaît, aidez-moi car je n'ai même pas cette imprimante depuis si longtemps et je l'utilise rarement.

The solution “contact hp” doesn’t work, it just brings you back to checking the online community and online chat with an autobot. This is ridiculous, there are so many people with this issue HP and you are not helping!!!

KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeThat’s unfortunate. Since you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
