Problème de connexion Bluetooth HP Sprocket Studio

J'ai reçu mon imprimante aujourd'hui.il a imprimé deux images et s'est tout de suite connecté au Bluetooth.l'imprimante s'est soudainement éteinte et après cela, l'imprimante n'est plus apparue sous le bluetooth.ont tout essayé.qu'est-ce qui ne va pas? le champ "sélectionner un accessoire" est vide lorsque j'essaie d'imprimer.il ne trouve pas l'imprimante.essayé avec deux téléphones iPhone et tout redémarré.aidez moi s'il vous plait.

    To know how to setup the Sprocket, kindly refer to this document. 
    If you are having issues while connecting or printing, perform the steps mentioned here.
     
    Check for any software updates on the iOS device.
    Go to Settings > General > Update the software
