My sprocket will not connect to my phone at all no matter what i’ve tried. i tried all the steps recommended from HP and none of them worked.

I, too, am having the same problems with my Sprocket. When plugged in to charge, the LED flashes red/green. I’ve performed the factory reset as recommended and when I power off the printer, the red/green LED flashes again. Also, when powered on and plugged in, the device will print only 1/2 of a picture then powers off on its own. Please tell me there is a solution or that HP will stand behind its product and offer a discount on a replacement.
