problem connecting hp sprocket 47:39

I have tried connecting my sprocket multiple times, and it doesn't seem to be connecting to the app. it connects to my Bluetooth settings, but as soon as i go to print something, it says that it needs to be connected to the app. I have tried multiple things such as resetting the sprocket, and following instructions you have on your website, but it always seems to have a problem connecting to the app itself. i have had it working in the past, as i got it a couple of years ago as a gift, and i am just confused as to why it does not work now. 


any help is much appreciated thank you.
