Aidez-moi, j'ai acheté ceci pour mon fiancé pour la fête des pères et je voulais le tester avant de le lui donner au cas où je devais le renvoyer et bien il vient de s'asseoir avec l'impression en repère mais ne les a pas imprimés, il le fera clignoter le voyant rouge mais ne dira pas quelle est l'erreur, puis il mettra le signal en pause, puis reviendra à être prêt à imprimer, je suis super confus, aidez-moi s'il vous plaît !

    During a print job, the Sprocket stops feeding photo paper, the Status Indicator light turns red and blinks, and one of the following error messages can display on the HP sprocket app.

    Out of Paper

    Top Cover Open

    Paper Jammed

    Incorrect Paper Type

    Kindly refer to this document for more info and how to resolve it.
     
    If you are not able to connect the sprocket to the iOS device, perform the steps mentioned in this document.
