Le téléphone se connecte, l'application pas tellement.

J'ai utilisé mon pignon dimanche dernier sans aucun problème. L'application a été mise à jour aujourd'hui et aujourd'hui, mon téléphone reconnaît mon sprocket et l'application sprocket affiche la boîte de dialogue demandant l'autorisation d'imprimer sur mon sprocket MAIS l'application sprocket a une boîte de dialogue indiquant qu'elle recherche une imprimante qu'elle ne trouve jamais.

  • I had the same issue until I unistalled and reinstalled the sprocket app. Now it works.

  • Yes I am having the same issue. Have tried all the ‘trouble shooting’ options and it’s still ‘looking’ for the printer even tho it’s connected in blue tooth.

  • I used the app yesterday, today I am experiencing the same. Any help would be great!  I’ve reset the printer, my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even tried to connect it to another device with no luck!
