Nous avons suivi toutes les étapes. L'iPad dit qu'il est connecté via Bluetooth et. La photo est dans la qeure. L'imprimante ne fait rien, a une lumière blanche mais n'a même pas imprimé la feuille bleue à travers. Pas sûr de ce qui se passe? S'il vous plaît aidez-moi!

    However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

    When did this issue start?
    Did you do any hardware or software changes?

    Uninstall the HP Sprocket app and reinstall it from App Store.
    If issue persists,

    Confirm Bluetooth is turned on and paired with your sprocket: If the Sprocket is already paired to your mobile device, turning Bluetooth off and then on might resolve the issue.
    Move the Sprocket and your mobile device closer together: Bluetooth signals can be weaker at greater distances.
    Upgrade the Sprocket firmware: Open the HP sprocket app on your mobile device, and then look for a firmware upgrade in the sprocket menu.
    Reset the Sprocket: On the Sprocket, remove the paper cover, and then locate the reset button. Insert a straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds. the Sprocket resets and turns off.
