Le nouveau Sprocket ne se connecte pas en Bluetooth

Après avoir déballé mon nouveau Sprocket, je l'ai chargé complètement. J'ai ouvert mon application et je suis allé la connecter là-bas, mais elle n'apparaissait pas dans la section Appareils disponibles. Attention, je viens de l'acheter et il est arrivé aujourd'hui. Je ne peux pas appuyer sur les trois lignes du menu de configuration car je n'ai pas du tout pu me connecter à mon Sprocket. J'ai parcouru les forums toute la journée et j'ai essayé tout ce qui a été recommandé mais rien ne fonctionne. Il n'y a aucun moyen pour moi de mettre à jour le firmware, l'application ne me montrera pas les trois lignes car je n'ai pas encore pu connecter mon pignon à mon téléphone. J'ai aussi remarqué que beaucoup d'autres personnes ont ce problème. S'il vous plaît aider.
