Mon imprimante sprocket a cessé de fonctionner ?

Mon imprimante a cessé de fonctionner, mais elle imprimait. Lorsqu'il est attaché au chargeur et branché, il semble être en charge, montrant souvent une lumière verte. Cependant, lorsque je le débranche, il ne s'allume pas et lorsque je le rebranche, il s'allume en rouge, quelle que soit la durée pendant laquelle je l'ai déjà chargé. J'ai essayé de réinitialiser le système sans succès, et de plus mon imprimante ne fonctionnera pas ou ne se connectera pas à mon téléphone lorsqu'il est branché et en charge. S'il vous plaît aidez-moi!

Hi @rosie_macWelcome to the HP Support Community. Try power resetting the Printer and check if it helps
Turn on the printer.
Locate the reset button near the charging port.Figure : Locating the reset button
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
Also, try a factory reset
KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeTo factory reset the printer you need to hold the power button down for 7 seconds until LED flashes and then press the power button once to power off the device and then turn it back on.

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
