Mon sprocket ne reconnaît pas qu'il y a du papier, puis lorsque je vais imprimer, il dit que je dois ajouter du papier

 

J'ai donc apporté un nouveau paquet car le papier est resté là pendant environ un mois et cela ne fonctionne toujours pas et je me demandais simplement si quelqu'un savait quoi faire
