My hp sprocket won’t turn on. It has been charging for a while and a red flashing light is staying on, I’ve tried to turn it on and nothing happens. There’s paper in the printer and nothing is stuck. Please help me understand what’s going on.
My sprocket led keeps flashing and when I got to the app its loading something on printer queue.It wont let me print anything in the meantime and its lasted for days.

Reset the printer
Turn on the printer.
Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds. The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
