J'ai la version bêta publique d'iOS 13, est-ce le problème ?

    iOS 13 is not yet released officially and the one you are using is a beta version which may not support the HP Sprocket app yet as it is still in the development stage. Kindly use iOS 12.4 or below and check if the issue persists.
