Impression de lignes sur une imprimante HP Sprocket

J'ai une imprimante go sprocket qui fonctionnait bien mais maintenant elle imprime chaque image avec des lignes noires verticales (4 lignes noires). J'ai essayé de changer le papier (c'est du papier officiel HP) et son firmware est à jour. Aucune suggestion?
