N'arrête pas de dire nouveau firmware

Bonjour,

Je viens d'acheter un pignon pour la première fois, j'ai fait un firmware de 1.1.5 à 1.1.7.

Maintenant, il n'arrête pas de dire qu'il y a une nouvelle mise à jour du firmware.
Chaque fois que je le fais, c'est toujours sur 1.1.7.

Est-ce le dernier firmware ? Mais pourquoi il n'arrête pas de dire qu'il y a une mise à jour du firmware ?

Quelqu'un d'autre a ce problème?

  • My Print-outs are blank and my sprocket will not hold a charge. It shows as 99% but every time I unplug it the battery dies. The firmware update says it needs to be reinstalled and they will alert me when it is ready. It goes around in a loop and is never ready therefore I cannot update the firmware and the printouts, which will only work if plugged in, will remain blank. Please help!

  • Hi Kay_Kay Thanks for the update.  I checked several times since yesterday and now there is no new update showing? Is that correct?

  • I am also having the same issue. I’m on Android Oreo. Already have firmware 1.1.7 and hardware version 5. For the past few days have been prompted to upgrade. Everytime it fails. Have tried the reset, fully charging, re-installing the app, etc. Nothing is working. Very frustrating!
