Existe-t-il un moyen de mettre à jour le micrologiciel sans se connecter à un appareil Android ?

Mon sprocket ne se connecte à aucun de mes appareils. Je soupçonne que c'est parce que le firmware a besoin d'être mis à jour, mais je ne peux pas le faire sans connexion. Je l'ai complètement chargé, déconnecté / oublié, reconnecté, désinstallé et réinstallé l'application, réinitialisé le pignon et l'ai essayé sur plusieurs appareils. Toutes les suggestions reçues avec reconnaissance.

    Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Sprocket will not connect to android device. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 
     
    Reset the printer.

    Turn on the printer.

    Locate the reset button near the charging port.

    Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.
    The printer resets and turns off.

    Turn on the printer.

    I did some research and found that there is no firmware update available as of now for the HP Sprocket printers. If there is any firmware update released then you may update it via the sprocket app. Please refer to “Update the printer firmware” mentioned under “What if the printer does not print?” from this link.
