Iphone8+ ne verra pas Sprocket en Bluetooth

J'ai essayé de suivre les instructions ci-dessous et elles s'affichent sous forme de message sur mon téléphone... MAIS le pignon ne s'affichera pas, sauf si je l'éteins, puis le rallume (pas dans l'ordre indiqué ci-dessous).après cela, il s'affichera, mais pas de couplage car il indique "Le couplage infructueux HP Sprocket EO: 45 n'est pas pris en charge".
S'il vous plaît aider, merci beaucoup
Soit dit en passant, si jamais cela fonctionne - pouvez-vous connecter deux iphones à l'imprimante - je suppose que vous le pouvez, mais peut-être pas en même temps?

Is this the first time you’re trying to connect the printer?
The HP sprocket app or printer firmware might be outdated, or the printer might be connected to another Apple iOS device.
On your mobile device, go to the HP sprocket app (in English) in the App Store and check for an update.
On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app and make sure the printer firmware is up-to-date.
Turn off the Bluetooth feature on any nearby Apple iOS devices, and then try to reconnect your Apple iOS device.
For detailed troubleshooting steps, go to Cannot Connect, Print, or Update Firmware (Apple iOS).
