J'ai un ancien Sprocket 5A:3E, apparemment comme je ne l'ai pas utilisé depuis un moment, l'application ne reconnaît plus le modèle. J'ai supprimé l'application 2 fois et je l'ai récupérée sur mon iphone. Au début, il s'est connecté via Bluetooth et m'a demandé s'il pouvait accéder à mes photos, maintenant il ne le fait même plus.
J'ai encore du papier photo pour cela, donc je ne suis pas très satisfait de HP pour cela si le produit obsolète est le problème. Il est encore dans un état neuf et entièrement chargé.

I took the Sprocket to my daughters house, she is a computer geek. It immediately worked. I have no idea why. I messed with it all day, deleted the app, deleted the Bluetooth, restarted my phone! She turned on the app and the option for the older model was there to select, and it connected and printed. Mystery!!!
