I cannot add my printer to the application

The printer is not added to app devices, although it is recognized by the phone's Bluetooth. I already tried resetting the printer but still can't solve the problem

    Check for any updates on the iOS device
    Go to Settings > General > Update the software
    To know how to setup the Sprocket, refer to this document.
    Click here to know how to use the app.
    If the issue persists, reinstall the Sprocket app on the iOS device.
