HP Sprocket ne se connecte pas

Mon Sprocket n'imprimait pas. J'ai donc retiré l'imprimante et l'ai retirée de mon Bluetooth. J'ai également supprimé l'application. Ensuite, j'ai retéléchargé l'application et essayé de reconnecter mon imprimante, mais mon téléphone ne la trouve pas. J'ai tout essayé, réinitialiser mon téléphone, réinitialiser le pignon, etc. N'hésitez pas à me dire ce que je peux faire d'autre, je suis très ennuyé !

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers – Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
