HP Sprocket imprime des lignes blanches

Bonjour, mon imprimante hp sprocket a été complètement chargée, le dernier micrologiciel a été installé et du papier de zinc bleu a été placé sous la pile de films avec le code à barres vers le bas. Cependant, j'ai essayé d'imprimer plusieurs fois avec le même résultat observé. Photos jointes.

How did firmware 1.1.8 ruin the device? Mine’s at 1.1.8 too and I have the white lines at the end of photos too. It’s really frustrating coz I followed all steps in https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/sprocket/sprocket-Improving-Bad-Print-Quality/td-p/6333506 and nothing works. Model: HP Sprocket 100 SNPRH-1603
**bleep**ing upgrade of the firmware to 1.1.8 ruined the device, and to think i was going to buy 100 sheets from amazon, bleep you hp, this device is now garbage
