Mon imprimante imprime des images avec une teinte rose. Ce n'était pas toujours le cas.
Je suis
- en utilisant du papier HP ZINK authentique
- nettoyer les rouleaux avec la smartsheet bleue
- laisser refroidir l'imprimante
- vérifié pour s'assurer que le firmware est mis à jour
- réinitialiser mon imprimante
Y at-il autre chose que je puisse faire?
