Voyant rouge de l'imprimante HP Sprocket

salut! J'ai une imprimante photo hp sprocket et il y avait un voyant rouge allumé depuis un moment maintenant, je l'avais chargée pendant une heure et imprimé 10 photos puis elle s'est arrêtée alors j'ai pensé qu'elle était morte alors je l'ai remise sur le chargeur mais le voyant rouge est resté allumé. Le voyant rouge n'est pas du côté du chargeur, c'est du côté qui indique que l'alimentation est allumée ? Aucune suggestion? THX

  • Hi my hp sprocket 200 has a steady red light. Is charged, i reset it and is still with the red light. Is that normal?

    Is the red light blinking or steady on the sprocket?
    The sprocket may need 90 minutes before it is completely charged and the light turns into green.
     

     
    Refer to this document to resolve a Blinking Red Status Indicator Light.
     
    Reset the printer
    On the printer, locate the pin-hole near the charging port, insert a straight pin into the hole to press the reset button until the printer turns off. Restart the printer.
