HP Sprocket ne fonctionne pas

Salut, je viens de recevoir mon HP Sprocket pour Noël et il ne semble pas fonctionner. J'ai un Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. J'ai téléchargé l'application HP Sprocket. Je le couple et il se couple très bien, mais il ne me laisse pas me connecter. Et puis je vais en ligne pour regarder et les gens ont dit de le coupler et de le dissocier. Je le fais, mais cela ne me permet pas de le coupler à nouveau. J'ai regardé le guide de configuration de l'imprimante et cela ne fonctionne pas. Je l'ai essayé sur mon ordinateur mais il me dit simplement que les pilotes ne sont pas disponibles. S'il vous plaît aidez-moi! Je voulais cette imprimante depuis longtemps mais une fois que je l'ai, elle ne fonctionne pas et c'est frustrant.

    Do you get any error messages?
    Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the HP sprocket app?

    For now try these steps:

    Please uninstall and reinstall the PP sprocket app on the phone.
    Make sure to use the correct type of paper supported by the printer.
    Follow all the relevant steps from the printer’s FAQs link: http://hp.care/2BH91Go  and it should fix the issue.
    What if the printer does not print?
    Why is my printout blank?
    How do I reset my printer?
    How do I upgrade my printer firmware?
    Why do I need to load the Smartsheet®?
    What paper sizes are supported?
    Can I send multiple print jobs at the same time?

    Please reset the printer again and update the printer’s firmware if nothing works.

    This should do the trick for you.
    Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient.
