HP Sprocket ne fonctionne pas

Mon HP Sprocket a cessé de fonctionner et chaque fois que j'imprime une image, elle sort en blanc. J'ai été sur les pages d'aide et fait exactement ce qu'il dit de faire et cela ne fonctionne toujours pas. Quelqu'un peut-il me conseiller sur la façon d'obtenir un remplacement? Je ne l'ai reçu que le mois dernier et ils ne sont pas vraiment bon marché, donc j'en voudrais un nouveau.

My house sprocket is charged (white light) loaded with paper, and connected (Bluetooth) to my phone. The firmware was updated, but when I select a photo and select “print to sprocket” , the display that shows the photo and let’s me send does not come up. Nothing happens on either end. Please help.

Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detectStep 3. Scroll down to “Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options”Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options – click on Get phone number Case number and phone number appear. HP will not send you an email asking you to call them – such messages are a scam.
