Le pignon HP n'est pas visible sur iOS 11.4

Bonjour, mon pignon ne peut pas être trouvé sur les appareils Apple ios 11.4 mais mon ordinateur portable et mon iPad ios 11.2 peuvent voir sur la liste Bluetooth. J'ai essayé de réinitialiser l'appareil, j'ai vérifié la mise à jour de l'application et mon téléphone est à jour, ce qui est le problème. Merci.

  • i have contacted support. in turkey there is no support for this device so American support center refused to help me since im Turkish so Such a bad globalisation and policy of help center my problem was about software not hardware and software can be reached anywhere has an internet. Have nice days since i am feeling scammed.
